ProcrastiTermination- Summary

ProcrastiTermination is a website that allows it's users to personally block websites that they might find distracting to their working environment. It is user friendly and will use multimedia tutorials to guide them throughout the website and teach them all of it's features. One of the unique effects of this website is the no quitting zone. This means that once you set the timer to block the website there is no way out of it. Even if you quit out of the website or restart your computer the block time will remain for however long you set it to. This allows the users to literally be unable to access the websites they have listed.

Throughout this 8 week process of blogging about the website I am confident that it could really become a huge
success. I have spoken to numerous people who love the idea and said that if it existed today in the form I have described they would be avid users. Not only will it improve your work ethic but it will eliminate so much time you use to procrastinate and cut your time in the library in half.
If I was able to seek the right people to make this website come to life I would. I think it would be a huge asset to the studying world and help all procrastinators out there.

Here are some of the blogs I posted comments to:

ProcrastiTermination-Network Sharing

ProcrastiTermination is a full service website that allows it's users to block certain websites at their own disposal. In addition, it allows them to choose how much time in which the website will be blocked. Network sharing would be a positive attribute to this website.
Network sharing allows family and friends and colleagues to exchange files over the web. This is helpful because regardless of the blocking technology of the website you would still be able to exchange information needed to complete your work.
Although network sharing isn't a crucial part of the procrastitermination website it is still helpful and enhances the overall effect. I am confident that procrastitermination will flourish and ultimately become a leading website of it's time.

Tech Crunch!

Back in 2005 a man named Michael Arrington launched a blog from his home in Atherton, CA. His initial goal was to write about people and companies making break-through effects on the web. However, the website grew quickly and was soon drawing several million hits every month. That next year in 2006 TechCrunch received it's big break. It launched the story of google's attainment of youtube, ultimately landing them a spot on the cover of the Wall Street Journal.
The initial goal of the website soon shifted from a website that provided opinion on new media to a complete news outlet. This famed success was definitely unexpected. The blog has now grown into a full fledged business. Today is employees over 40 people and has even been named one of the most influential news brands in the tech industry.
Tech crunch is one of the leading tech websites out there right now. If your looking for information on a gadget or social media website this is the place to go. If you would like to visit the website here's the link: http://techcrunch.com/
